Our story
We didn't start out building software.
We started out running a temp desk, feeling the exact pain, every agency feels: shifts that needed filling in minutes, compliance that couldn't slip, and no system built to keep up with any of it.
So we built one. Panther started life inside a busy recruitment group, solving shift booking for their rail and nursing divisions because nothing on the market came close to what the job demanded. It worked. It kept working. And it wasn't long before other agencies wanted the same thing.
That's when we knew we had something bigger than an internal tool. We took Panther to market, built for one reason: temporary recruitment deserved software that understood it, not software it had to be squeezed into. That's still exactly what drives us today.

Panther exists to give agencies back their time.
