Bookings - Shift Row Sort Order Enhancements

New Shift Row Sort Order options allow Bookings to be sorted by Candidate First Name or Candidate Last Name, giving users greater flexibility over how shifts are organised and displayed.

Contact Statuses

Contacts now support customisable statuses instead of a fixed active or inactive toggle, with filtering and column visibility on the Contacts tab, for clearer tracking and management.

Client Record Contract Ordering Enhancements

Contracts within the Client record Contracts panel are now displayed in alphabetical order, making it easier for users to review available Contracts and quickly identify the next Contract to use.

Bookings & Timesheet Contact Enhancements

Contact dropdowns now show clearer contact details and hierarchy information, with improved record matching to help users select the right Contact for bookings and approval invites.

Candidate Records - Additional Fields

Candidate records now capture emergency contact details, transport type, marital status and conviction information, with support across mandatory fields, quick add, import and export, for richer record keeping.

PO Number & Invoice Consolidation Enhancements

PO handling has been expanded across Bookings, Clients and invoicing, with new Client-level PO modes plus Daily and Weekly Timesheet consolidation by Shift Row PO or Contract PO.

Timesheet Approval Authoriser Enhancements

Emailed Daily and Weekly Timesheet approvals now pre-fill the authoriser declaration with the recipient’s details, making approval faster and easier while keeping on-device approvals unchanged.

Assignment & Temporary Placement Letter Enhancements

Assignment and Temporary Placement Letters now also support Core Shift Rates and Simple Rates, with role permissions respected when displaying pay and charge rate information.

VMS Supplier Hotel Enhancements

VMS Supplier users can now add Hotels directly from Bookings, providing greater flexibility to manage accommodation while existing restrictions on editing shift times remain in place.

Timesheet Candidate Status Enhancements

Candidate Status is now displayed across Timesheet views with clear colour-coded indicators, giving users greater visibility of candidate status while reviewing and managing timesheets.

Candidate Name & Alias Search Enhancements

Candidate searches have been enhanced across Panther to recognise names and aliases together, making it easier to find the right candidate across Bookings, Availability, Timesheets and other key modules.

Limited Company Management Enhancements

A new Limited Company maintenance area in Candidate Settings provides centralised management, related Candidate visibility, direct record links and Mass Data Export support.

Compliance Module - Checks View Enhancements

The "Checks" view now includes Checks in a Candidate's Compliance Document Library, even when not required by their Compliance Requirements, giving users greater visibility of all Checks.

Contract Import & Export Enhancements 

Contract Mass Data Import & Export has been extensively enhanced with additional fields, improved ownership support, logical field ordering and greater control over contract management
